Digital Transformation | Cross-Government Functions

The functions of commercial, IT and digital, property, major projects, finance and HR are prevalent in every government department, agency and entity. Transforming these cross cutting-functions by integrating technology, standardising processes and centralising management are critical to building a more efficient, agile and collaborative government.
