Enabling future intelligence through EA's digital Regulatory Services Transformation
An overview of how the Environment Agency (EA) and Hitachi Solutions are working together to transform how EA regulates through data and digital.
EA is on a journey to replace over 25 lines of business systems by designing and developing digital capabilities that can be re-used, delivering a simplified user and customer experience and a consistent data architecture with quicker/lower cost means of delivery.
The improvements in consolidating systems with higher quality data are laying the foundations to enable greater intelligence that will help predict environmental risk and ensure resources are focussed on the biggest priorities to protect the environment.
