About the session
Digital Twins are digital models of real world systems that are constantly updated with live data, graphically visualised, and used for simulations and 'what-if?' decision-making. Advances in sensor technology, data sources, computation, simulation and visualisation enable people to use data with greater ease and confidence than ever before. There is untapped potential for policy making.
- How can the improve policy rehearsal and business case building?
- How can Digital Twins make better sense of large data sets for operational use?
- What role can they play in supporting civil engagement in policy making and the democratisation of data?
