Bonnie Wang is the Digital Transformation Director in the Central Digital and Data Office, responsible for putting the conditions in place to achieve digital transformation at scale across the UK Government. Bonnie leads the transformation of government's top 75 services, the digital skills and capability agenda (which spans over 25,000 digital professionals across government), and the reform of government processes, funding mechanisms and ways of working to be fit for the digital age. Having previously been a civil servant at the Department for Education, Bonnie is returning to government having most recently worked at McKinsey, where she led digital transformation programmes across both the public sector and private sector.
