Christophe Lynch leads the analysis team in the UK Office for Life Sciences (OLS). Following an initial foray into biochemistry research, he moved into the UK Civil Service, working on analytical projects in various central government departments. Since joining OLS in 2020, he has worked to expand the evidence base available to decision-makers in the team. His current focus is on implementing the Life Sciences Vision and working with government and industry partners to deliver actionable evidence in the Life Sciences sector. More generally, Christophe is keen on transforming public services and how large-scale change can be implemented and managed through public sector leadership.
