Daniel Okin

Daniel has been leading HR workforce transformation change programmes for over 20 years. Currently Head of Capability, Apprenticeships and Learning at the Ministry of Defence and is a Chartered Fellow. Daniel has led on capability reform and people capability change for the Metropolitan Police Service, delivering widescale transition and organisational design for policing across London. Previously, Daniel was responsible for leading the Cabinet Office Contract Management Capability Programme, improving the capability and skills of Civil Servants responsible for the Government’s annual £50billion goods and services expenditure.
