Florian Hartleb, PhD, is a social scientist, political consultant, and author of various works, including "Plea for the Digital State" (2021), and "e-Estonia: Consequences of and Concepts for the Digital Transformation" (2020).
Hartleb is lecturer at various German universities, including the Catholic University Eichstätt and the University for Police Saxony-Anhalt. He specialises in populism (doctoral thesis 2004) and terrorism, and has published the book "Lone Wolves: The New Terrorism of Right-Wing Actors" (2020).
