Haroona Irshad-Perricos

Haroona is a Senior Civil Servant in the UK Government and has also worked in the private sector with a Big Four consultancy. She is currently the Programme Director for the NHSX COVID Status Certification Programme.

With over 20 years of experience as a Programme Delivery and Operations Director and SRO across major infrastructure and digital transformation programmes, she has led several high-profile delivery Programmes across the public and private sector, including automating the UK Border and leading on a major network development.
