Heather Venter is the Cabinet Office Client Partner at Made Tech. In her role, Heather draws on her user experience, product and delivery management background, deeply understanding the client's strategy, and supporting the team to deliver truly impactful work.
During the pandemic, Heather spent 3 years working on the Ministry of Justice's Prison Technology Transformation Programme. Here, she supported programme leads to run the large scale project through the challenges of remote working.
Heather is currently working with the Government Digital Service (GDS), helping them in their mission to make government services simple, fast and clear.
