Jack is a vastly experienced digital transformation professional within the government sector, leading Triad’s delivery there through overseeing various programmes and projects. Jack’s background is from government digital delivery itself, having led a Digital, Data and Technology team at the Office for Product Safety & Standards before joining Triad. In government, he has coordinated large DDaT delivery portfolios including web-based applications, customised Microsoft products and data warehousing projects.
He has built a large network across government digital and has experience of moving user-centred services through the product lifecycle in government, including GDS service assessments. He knows what it takes to walk the walk, in delivering user-centred solutions to the public, businesses and across government.
