With over 15 years' experience within the public sector and local government, he has a vibrant record of coaching, advising, and supporting directors and senior managers in all aspects of people management.
Jas joined Ofwat as Head of People in 2020 and continues to play a pivotal role from driving its people strategy, to providing creative and outcomes-focused frameworks for the organisation.
