Jules leads Lilt's Public Sector business in EMEA. During his tenure Lilt have established a number of strategic partnerships across HMG as a trusted partner in AI adoption. Prior to joining Lilt he was a partner in a mission-driven venture fund, advising and investing in early stage dual-use technology companies working with UK National Security and Defence, with a specialism in AI. Formerly he was a specialised British Army Officer where he led a team implementing new technologies.
