Kathleen is the Head of Data Maturity & Governance at the Central Digital & Data Office (Cabinet Office) and leads the strategic implementation, development and value realisation for the Data Maturity Assessment for Government. Her work at CDDO has also included development of the data sharing elements of the Government Data Marketplace, delivery of the Data Sharing Governance Framework, and she continues to have an interest in the enablers of data sharing in government.
