Keren Locke

Keren Locke is an experienced Project Delivery professional, with over 20 years experience in Programme and Change Management. She has a track record of delivering major transformational change in large complex organisations, within both the public and private sectors.

Keren is currently Deputy Director for Transformation Delivery within the Home Office and is responsible for leading a large, business critical portfolio, delivering technical, process, infrastructure, commercial and cultural transformation.

As an accredited coach and mentor, Keren is passionate about improving capability within the project delivery profession. She is currently a delegate on the Major Projects Leadership Academy and is also an accredited Infrastructure and Projects Authority reviewer.
