With a career of over 25 years in the IT and Services Sector with a specialisation in Digital Strategy and Transformation Mo is extremely experienced in the field of customer engagement and citizen experience. Mo has worked for some of the leading Low-Code development platform vendors across Europe. This experience is how Mo is able to deliver improvements in the engagement, enablement and empowerment of employees and customers irrespective of where an organisation in terms of it's digital maturity journey. The driver for Mo is to be able to ensure clients and their communities can be more connected and effective. Graduating from Toulouse University with a Masters Degree in Modern Languages and Business and fluent in four languages, Mo is ideally placed to both understand the technical detail of a given solution but also deliver a wider European perspective on how organisation can transform the way they engage with their users, be they internal or external.
