Mogsy completed the Defence Innovation Fellowship in October 2020, accelerating his development and upskilling to become one of the senior digital leaders within Defence throughout 2022.

He’s just finished leading multiple product teams across new and existing features within the MyNavy & MyRAF applications, winning several industry award recognitions last year.

Having just moved into his current role, he continues to challenge historic ways of working, championing agile principles and user-centred design to provide a seamless user experience that prioritises utility, empowerment and personalisation for every user in Defence. These in turn, save time, improve efficiency and ensure personnel feel valued by the Service.
