Responsible for ensuring all critical applications meet service levels and overseeing all of the activities touching those applications from a change and service perspective. Responsible for applications development & support. Ensure well-defined roadmaps are maintained to ensure all critical applications are well managed and remain compliant. Participate in the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of new Applications to the service portfolio. Participate in producing de-commissioning plans for end-of-life applications
