About
Neil Connett is the Deputy Director for IT and Digital at Ofwat – the water services’ economic regulator for England and Wales. He joined Ofwat after spending over a decade at Rolls-Royce in a variety of IT and Digital roles, recently their Cloud and DevOps transformation lead.
Neil’s focus is on delivering high quality digital services to Ofwat and ensuring digital transformation can happen at all levels and in all parts of the organisation, and using his role to influence change across the public sector.
Outside of work, Neil is an avid cyclist, recently having cycled around Britain in 14 days for charity.
