Rozha Ahmed

Rozha Ahmed works as an Expert on Smart Governance at the e-Governance Academy. She is involved in developing digital transformation roadmaps as a consultant and in several Digital Maturity Assessment projects for different countries.

She has contributed to the e-Court system project implementation in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq as a Client-Side Project Manager by Aktors.

Rozha has worked for more than 12 years as an IT expert. She has significant experience in digital transformation and business process reengineering, system analysis, design and implementation of different information systems, and change management.

In addition to the private sector, she has academic experience and worked at different universities, including lecturing, supervising bachelor’s and master’s thesis, reviewing different journal articles, leading many academic committees, and authoring several publications.

Also, she works at the Sulaimani Polytechnic University in Iraq as an academic staff in the computer science institute since 2010. Rozha holds a BSc in Statistics & Computer from the University of Sulaimani in Iraq, an MSc in Computing Science from Newcastle University in the UK, and a PhD in the digital transformation of justice systems from Tallinn University of Technology.
