Sapana Agrawal is the Director for Modernisation and Reform in the Cabinet Office, responsible for the strategy and delivery of the cross-government Modernisation and Reform and for the Evaluation Task Force. Previously she was a Director in the COVID-19 Taskforce in the Cabinet Office. Sapana joined HMG from McKinsey - supporting the firm on its own expansion in technology and innovation and supporting clients globally on operationalising reskilling programs as part of major digital transformations.
