Victoria Loveless

A digital, data, tech and project management Apprenticeship and learning specialist with over 10 years experience working with central Government, helping my clients get the most value from their Apprenticeship Levy. I work with departments within the fiscal and trade vertical, to build capability and bridge the digital skills gap, attracting new talent and building through funded work based learning programmes. Passionate about social mobility and driving diversity and inclusion, I have managed a number of schemes to make government vacancies more accessible, and work with my clients to maximise candidate attraction to their vacancies. Having started my career in a Government Department straight from school, I am a huge advocate for both Apprenticeships and Civil Service careers and feel incredibly proud to work in this space.
