About the session

Humans and AI systems can complement each other's strengths - with people providing the contextual understanding, domain expertise, and complex problem-solving abilities, while AI systems offer rapid data processing, predictive analytics, and the ability to handle large datasets. Therefore the goal of AI Human Teaming is to responsibly harness the capabilities of AI to augment human capabilities, improve decision-making, and enhance public sector productivity.

  1. Workforce Transformation: How do we equip the public sector workforce with the skills and knowledge to collaborate effectively with AI systems, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability?

  2. Citizen-Centric AI: How can we leverage human-AI collaboration to develop citizen-centric applications that provide tailored, accessible, and responsive public services, improving the overall quality of life for citizens?

  3. Measuring Impact: What metrics and evaluation processes are required to measure the impact of AI teaming in public sector delivery, enabling iterative improvements and ensuring that the technology serves its intended purpose cost-effectively?
